We will initiate the Refund if: -
- The refund request should be made within the first 14 days of the order delivered.
- Although, we will try our best to deliver quality work, but even after three revisions you are not satisfied, in that case, we will refund or we can give you credit to use it later.
- In case, if we are not able to meet out the given deadline, Be rest assured about the delivery of the work before the provided deadline.
- If you cancel your order before we assign an expert to work on it.
- In case the work is not done up to the requirements. In that case, after providing
the valid proof or reason. We will refund or we can give credit to use it later.
We will not initiate the Refund if: -
- If an expert is already assigned or working, then you will have to continue with the order or will request an expert to refund partially as per his/her consent.
- Refund will not be entertained after 14 days of the order delivered.
- If you change or add new requirements in current order and then there will be no refund credited.
- If there is no proof or valid reason for said reason, then there will be no refund credited.
- If the material or supporting documents are not provided at the time of placing an order or before starting the order, then there will be no refund credited.
- Assignment Library purchased solutions will not be refunded in any case as it is just referenced to your research.
- Due to the nature of work, no refunds are made on payments against online tests/exams and quizzes.

- If we agree on a revision of work, there must be a minimum of 24 hours as our expert is located in different time zone.
- If we decide to refund, please allow us 0-3 business days to process the refund back to your Course Mentor Wallet Account. The Course Mentor wallet amount you can use it to pay for your further assignments. View Wallet Policy Here. However, refunding the amount depends on the situations which have been mentioned above. Once the situation is identified, only then we will be able to proceed with the refund.
