  • The price of courses or to learn a particular topic can vary from time to time and depends upon the many factors like schedule time, course or topic complexity, educator etc . The customer individually has to confirm everything and verify before making any payment
  • The amount reflected in your billing will include the price of course or service purchased and all the applicable taxes(if any) as per Indian Law. Bill will be on the same name as per your ‘bill to’ info and will be delivered through email(soft copy) or courier(hard copy).
  • The price of the courses or services listed on the website/app may modify any time.
  • Our service can be restricted to the nature of the course/service purchased or to understand any particular topic. Regardless of the kind of service bought, the fulfillment occurs online, and clients can see the appropriate product/course/service on the website or can discuss with the support team too.
  • The payment paid on our platform is paid through a third party gateway and we do not store or save any payment information with us. If any payment fails during payment you might confirm with the service provider and we are also here to assist you in this regard.
  • CourseMentor is not responsible for any unauthorized usage, fraud, delay in fee return, or decreased refund because of the payment gateway.
  • It is the client ownership that they have to ensure each technical requirement before initiating the payment of each course.

Refund Policy

  • If the student LIVE sessions are closed or terminated because of any technical issue at their side, then it will be rescheduled some other time and no extra charge will be there.
  • In case the student moves out to eliminate the LIVE sessions because of any issue with the educator, then the educator would be substituted with another available educator at that time or reschedule the class with a substitute tutor.
  • Suppose the student moves out to eliminate the LIVE sessions because of disappointment with the course. In that case, they need to speak to customer care executives and discuss the reason for withdrawing, then an action can be taken on common agreement. Rest assured, we will try our best to maintain the highest level of service. .
  • If in any case there will be a refund from CourseMentor, it might take time to credit to your account as per the processing conditions of our bank SLA and the repayment gateway.
  • Any refund processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount only.
  • Once the course is already going on with you and later you want to change with another course, it is not allowed to adjust the rest of the course with another course. It is not allowed to switch from one course to another. But yes, you can purchase and do multiple courses/classes at once.
