  • How can I view or change my plan?

    Visit the profile settings of your Account to view and adjust your service plan at any time.

  • How to reset my password?

    If you forget your password, you can reset it from the login page. Click the Forgot Password link and we’ll email you a link to create a new password.

  • Can I view my lecture report?

    To review your lecturereport, please log in to your account at https://coursementor.com. Once you are logged in, go to Dashboard > Lecture History where you can view the details of your lecture.

  • How to change my time zone?

    To change your timezone, visit the Profile Settings page click on “Edit” in the time zone section. Select your new time zone and click “Save Changes”.

  • What happens when my attendee limit is reached?

    When your lecture attendance is full (based on your plan limit), any further attendees will be notified that they cannot access the lecture. They won’t be allowed to enter your classroom until another participant exits.

    Are my lecture secure?

    All of our communication is secure. Information is stored only for the duration that is required to deliver to the remote student who is viewing it. Nothing is stored permanently on our servers.

  • How to start and end a lecture?

    To start a lecture, simply login at coursementor.com, in dashboard click on Schedule a lecture, and Enter the required information.

    Note : - Before Schedule a lecture you must set your TimeZone.

  • How to share your screen?

    If you are a presenter or moderator then You can use the screen share icon on the lecture to share your current screen. Else you need the presenter access from the lecture owner.

  • How to invite participants in a lecture?

    To invite participants before your lecture begins. in dashboard click on “Invite Audience” and fill the required information such as invitee email id, & select the Lecture rooms in which you are inviting.

  • How do I know when attendees have joined?

    You will get the list of all joinee in the left sidebar of the running lecture.

  • How many people can join a Web lecture?

    It depends on your plan. In Free plan 60 Attendees per lecture. & You can go for the custom plans by talking to our customer support.

  • How often can I host lectures?

    You can host lectures as often as needed, whenever you like.

  • What are the specifications required for using coursementor.com?

    There is no prerequisite required to run the lecture but we recommend you that you should have the later web browser installed on your PC.

  • How can I join a lecture?

    If your host has sent you a lecture link, click the link and the lecture will open in your web browser. That’s all you need to do!

  • Can I view the screen sharing in full screen mode?

    The viewer offers full screen view; click on the full screen icon on the top right.

  • Do attende need a Web lecture account to join a lecture?

    No. Attendees do not need an account to join a lecture.

  • How do I chat?

    To open the chat window, click on the messaging icon towards the upper right. This will open the chat and participant window. You’ll have the ability to chat to the entire group or private chat to selected attendees.

    Note: If the chat window is closed and you receive a new message, a pop up alert will appear towards the bottom right of your screen.

  • How do I leave the lecture?

    Simply close out of your browser to leave the lecture. If you have the lecture running in a browser with multiple tabs, you can close the lecture tab to exit the conference.

Chat & File Transfer
  • How do I accept file transfers?

    When your host shares a file, the file name will appear in the chat window. You’ll need to click “Accept” to begin the file transfer.

  • How do I download/save the file?

    To view and save the file, click the folder icon. The save option will be determined by your web browser.

  • What file types can I share?

    You can share the documents file in the PDF or doc format. Or you can share the external video like from youtube etc.

  • Can attendees share files?

    Yes, attendees can share files to the whole group or to individual participants, unless the host has limited chat settings to the moderator only.

  • Is there a file size limit?

    You can send files up to 25MB at this time in a single file transfer.

  • Can I chat or share a file with a specific attendee?

    Yes. You can choose to transfer files to a single participant or the entire online lecture group.

  • What is the time limit for the storage of the recording?

    No time limit, you can download the recording in video format currently. The storage capacity for Recording is dependent on your plan.
