Canada Now Accepting 4 New English Test for Study Visa

IRCC is now accepting four new English test for study visa applications submitted through the Student Direct Stream after August 10, 2023.

The Four new English tests approved for study visas are:

1. Canadian Academic English Language (CAEL),

2. Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program (CELPIP)

3. Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic,

4. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) iBT.

In total, there are now 10 English or French language proficiency tests for the SDS study visa.
