In program-specific draws, IRCC invitations are limited to the high-ranking candidates by the program. This article will discuss the Statistics data regarding job vacancies (2022 Q4) in Canada and break down the job data by province and territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new categories were selected to fill the empty places throughout Canada, as immigration is essential to decrease the labor shortage in Canada. Below is the data showing which categories have the most job vacancies in express entry draws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"healthcare\"><\/span>Healthcare<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After Covid-19, Canada experienced high job vacancies in the Social Assistance and Healthcare category.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Canada heavily depends on immigration to fill the empty vacancies in healthcare. A quarter of 36% of physicians and registered nurses in Canada were taken outside of Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In (Q4) which means the fourth quarter of 2022, there were 143,695 job vacancies in the Healthcare category, making the employment vacancy rate 6%.
