The two third of the students who take the exam get a score between 400 to 800. So a score between 400 to 800 is also considered the average GMAT score.

GMAT Exam Date 2023

For the GMAT exam 2023, there is no specific date. The GMAT exam is conducted by the GMAC multiple times a year. Students can choose the exam date when they fill out the GMAT application form. Students can easily complete their registration process by visiting the official website ( https://www.mba.com/ ) for the GMAT exam. 

There is no time limit in which students have to fill out the exam, they can fill out the exam anytime throughout the year. The students must fill out the exam at least 24 hours before the exam. 

There is a limit on how many times a student can take the GMAT exam. A student is only allowed to take GMAT 5 times a year. There must be a gap of 16 days between the two tests of the test takers. For example, if you take the first GMAT test on the 1st of March, you are not allowed to take the exam before the 17th of March. 

A student can take the GMAT exam only 8 times in his life.

The GMAT exam is offered numerous days throughout the year by GMAC, the owner of the test. There aren’t any set times. Things To Keep In Mind Before Scheduling The Exam

You must keep the following details in mind before scheduling the exam:

  • You must have a proper time to prepare for the GMAT because the GMAT is not a cup of for everyone.
  • Application deadline for the institute you are applying to, you must take the test before the last date of submission of application to your choice of college. So you can submit your test result to the institute before the last date of submission of the application date.
  • Schedule your GMAT exam 4 to 6 months before your last date of submitting the application form for college. 
  • If you are not happy with your score the first time, take the proper time to prepare before your second attempt.

GMAT Score Validity

The GMAT test score is valid for five years from the test date. For example, if you took the test on March 1, 2022, your GMAT score will be valid till February 28, 2027.
